Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses completed beyond 25% of total content
  • Courses accessed after the 14-day guarantee period
  • One-on-one mentoring sessions already completed
  • Special promotional or discounted enrollments marked as non-refundable
  • Digital downloads that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Certification fees once the certificate has been issued

Course Transfer Policy
